Breaking News: BlueBird Season Passholder Sneak Peek Saturday, November 26

The Brundage Mountain operations team is rolling up their sleeves to offer a top to bottom preview for 2022-23 season passholders on Saturday, November 26. The BlueBird Express will be open from 9 am to 4 pm, with experts-only access to two runs, Alpine and Sidewinder. Early season conditions exist and there are no groomed runs available from the top. Advanced and expert skiers and riders with current season passes are invited to this event. All participants must stay on the two trails designated as open and keep off closed trails and out of closed areas. Read More

Conservation Efforts Take Root at the Top of Brundage Mountain as Whitebark Pine Seedlings Go In the Ground

Armed with planting hoes, tote bags of carefully packaged seedlings, and a highly specific set of planting instructions, more than 45 employees and volunteers fanned out across the summit ridge of Brundage Mountain earlier this month to complete a key step in a conservation project that aims to preserve an important at-risk species of tree. Work crews planted 600 Whitebark pine seedlings in carefully selected microsites. Read More

Rainbow Fire Update – Thursday, September 8 @ 7 pm

The five-acre Rainbow Fire, burning on Brundage Mountain, saw no significant growth this afternoon, thanks to the valiant efforts of fire crews from multiple agencies. “The firefighting efforts over the past 24 hours have been remarkable,” says Brundage Mountain General Manager, Ken Rider. “The weather was wild but the response has been extremely effective. We want to sincerely thank all the firefighters for their tireless efforts.” Read More
