What Does the Future Hold?

Brundage Mountain Resort obtained private ownership of 388 acres of land in and around our base area in 2006. On May 18, 2009, the owners of Brundage Mountain submitted a zoning request for a 1,200 unit planned unit development. The application covers a span of 20 years and was approved by Adams County Commissioners in November of 2009.
