A new 6.3-mile trail connecting the popular Bear Basin and Brundage Mountain Resort trail systems is now open to the public. Dubbed the Brundage to Bear Basin Trail #419 (B2BB), the machine-built single-track trail is open to hikers and mountain bikers and links the 30+ mile Brundage Mountain Bike Park with the 15-mile US Forest Service trail system in Bear Basin. Brundage Mountain PR Specialist Receives Award for Excellence in Media Relations

Longtime Brundage Mountain Public Relations professional, April Whitney, has been honored by the North American Snowsports Journalists Association (NASJA) for her communications efforts on behalf of the independently owned ski resort. This award is named for the late Bob Gillen, former SKI Magazine editor and marketer at Crested Butte and Sugarbush ski resorts. It honors an individual who “exemplifies the highest standards of professionalism in public relations and communications for their long-term contributions to the advancement of snowsports”.  Read More

New Brundage Mountain Ski Patrol Building Marks Successful First Phase of Base Area Construction

Brundage Mountain Resort’s expansive 10-year improvement plan is right on track, with the first phase of base area construction completed last month. The first piece of the newly designed base area is a two-story, 2,800 square foot building that now serves as the permanent home of Brundage Mountain’s Patrol headquarters. The next step in the evolution of the Brundage Mountain base area is a 12,000 square foot building that will be known as the “Mountain Adventure Center”, or MAC.
