March Roars In at Brundage Mountain With Fresh Powder and Iconic Spring Events

02/27/24

The latest winter storm headed for Idaho’s West Central Mountains could drop up to three feet of fresh snow at Brundage Mountain, setting the stage for an exhilarating spring filled with outstanding snow conditions and a lineup of exciting events.

HEALTHY SPRING SNOW BASE

Brundage Mountain is reveling in a robust snowpack heading into the month of March, with 48 inches at the base and 75 inches at the summit. With forecasts predicting an additional two to three feet of fresh snowfall over the next four days, the mountain is primed to deliver ideal ski and snowboard conditions.

“These latest storm cycles are coming in from the north, which means this snow is light and dry, and coverage is already great across the mountain,” says Brundage Mountain spokesperson, April Whitney. “March traditionally stands out as one of our snowiest months, and it looks like some of the best days of the season are still ahead of us.”

SPRING EVENTS PACK IN THE FUN

In addition to outstanding snow conditions, March at Brundage Mountain promises a flurry of exciting events. The resort will host live music every Saturday for the remainder of the season, along with signature events like Diva Day, the Beer and Gear Festival, the Cardboard Classic and the Brewlympic Games.
