Unique Adventure Dining Experience Returns to Brundage Mountain

12/19/22

Food lovers can take their tastebuds on a winter adventure as the Brundage Mountain Resort culinary team announces the return of its signature dining experience, the Bear’s Den Dinner After Dark.

This after-hours culinary adventure begins when diners climb aboard a heated Snowcat for a memorable ride to the mid-mountain log cabin known as the Bear’s Den. After settling into the cozy outpost with a warm drink, diners are treated to a spectacular four-course meal featuring a rotating menu of seasonal fresh dishes accompanied by craft beer and wine selections. The venue lends itself to cozy conversation, and while the setting is delightfully rustic, the meal is surprisingly refined.

The Bear’s Den Snowcat dinners kicked off in 2017 and quickly gained an enthusiastic following. They were put on hold in 2020 but are now back on track for the 2022-23 Winter season.

“This is one of those experiences that you never forget,” says Brundage General Manager, Ken Rider. “From start to finish, our team is working on every detail to make this a one-of-a-kind adventure.”

Bear’s Den snowcat dinners will begin in mid-January. Reservations are required and space is limited, so interested parties should act now to pick their dates and reserve their seats.
