The 3-5 inches of fresh snow we got yesterday are still paying dividends today. Coverage is great from top to bottom, and groomed runs range from a carvable sugar-snow to a creamy-but-not-sticky hero consistency. 

We’ve even got snow still hanging in the trees this afternoon. It’s photographic proof of something the locals and our regular visitors know already: Life is Better on the 45th Parallel.

All of this bodes well for tomorrow and the weekend, as the forecasters tell us we’re entering a nice freeze/thaw cycle which should allow our grooming crews to keep the slopes in top shape for the coming weekend.
