Winter has returned to the mountain.  After two weeks with no new snow and temperatures reminding us of Spring, the forecast changed in our favor.  We have received 6 inches of new snow in the last 24 hours with more in the forecast.

The trees have been blanketed with snow and the slopes have seen a significant improvement both on and off trail.  Smiles and spirits have been rekindled and those powder boards have again become useful.

Off-trail, even though in spots the base is still present underneath, has been rebooted and refreshed.

Runs groomed last night are an amazing treat.

Even the groomed runs have returned to the smooth soft velvet we have all come to love.

It is snowing hard right now at the mountain so head up and enjoy the return of Winter!
