By now we hope you’ve heard about our Diva Day this Saturday and told all your girlfriends to come have some great times on the slopes.

It IS meant as a day for women to focus on themselves, have some great times on the slopes and share some laughs with their girlfriends.

But as we learned last year, there are a fair number of men who are interested in Diva Day. Not just because they’re secretly dying for a chair massage, but because the idea of a whole bunch of fun adventurous women frolicking on the slopes makes them feel…well… a little left out.

I’ve heard from several of these men, asking for ‘fair warning’ about when the ladies would be taking over the mountain.

So here it is, boys: You have three full days to shower, dig out your best ‘dress fleece’ and get your game on. Who knows, if you play your cards right, you may find yourself a date for that Superbowl party.

Just don’t be too insulted if these ‘chicks on sticks’ just aren’t that into you. As good girl company often reminds us, there are no ‘boy’ friends on powder days!

Of course, we’re not hosting Diva Day to help you guys get dates. Brundage Mountain is proud to promote skiing and snowboarding as lifetime sports. You may not be aware that today is National Girls & Women in Sports Day.

It’s all about raising awareness and encouraging women to get out and play!
