A HUGE Weekend Ahead, and It Won't Be Our Last!!!

04/07/10

The snow keeps falling here at Brundage Mountain, as we enjoy the peace and solitude of our final week of ‘midweek’ skiing.

We’ve had six inches of fresh snow since the weekend, and not only are the groomed runs divine “champagne corduroy”, but the powder off-trail is undergoing the “Brundage Effect”, and actually getting better as it sits on the ground.

Today, we had two inches of fresh refreshment, blue skies and sunshine, and hardly a soul to be found on the slopes.

But, don’t be fooled, the peace and solace we’re enjoying is about to get LIT UP as we head toward a weekend PACKED with fun events (and even the opportunity to ski for free!). But this weekend won’t be our last, either. Thanks to the 3+ FEET off fresh snow that’s come down since March 21st, we’ve announced our first two Bonus Weekends of the season for April 17 & 18 and April 24 & 25th.

While that means you’ll have plenty of chances to visit us this month, be sure to check out all the reason to join us THIS weekend:

Saturday, April 10th – MSRT Marathon

Saturday, April 10th – ‘Brundage Cup’ Freestyle Jam Final

Sunday, April 11th – NEW – Snow Battle

Sunday, April 11th – “Second Sunday” Pass Holder Bonus – Brundage Season Pass Holders Bring a Friend for FREE. Bogus Basin Season Pass Holders get 1/2 priced full-day lift tickets.

These events are sure to add some energy to the weekend, but we haven’t forgotten the main reason our visitors like to come here this time of year. We’re expecting another 2-4″ of fresh snow before the weekend, and with our modest mid-week crowds, you’re sure to find some sweet freshie goodness of your own.

– April
