Breaking News: BlueBird Season Passholder Sneak Peek Saturday, November 26

11/25/22

The Brundage Mountain operations team is rolling up their sleeves to offer a top to bottom preview for 2022-23 season passholders on Saturday, November 26.

BlueBird Passholder Preview Saturday

The BlueBird Express will be open from 9 am to 4 pm, with experts-only access to two runs, Alpine and Sidewinder. Early season conditions exist and there are no groomed runs available from the top.

Advanced and expert skiers and riders with current season passes are invited to this event. All participants must stay on the two trails designated as open and keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.

“The timing of our snowfall so far hasn’t given us what we need for a traditional, groomed all-mountain opening,” says Brundage Mountain General Manager, Ken Rider. “That said, we’re proud that we’ve figured out a way to give our most capable season passholders some fun early season access.”

The possibility of an extended passholder preview on Sunday will be condition-dependent. Interested skiers and riders should check the Brundage Snow Report page for updates on Sunday operations. A very small number of 2022-23 season passes remain available for purchase as of Friday, November 25.

Current snow depths across the mountain range from 23 inches at the base to 25 inches on the summit. There’s a small chance of snow in the forecast overnight Friday, with a stronger chance of fresh snow Saturday night through Sunday and toward the middle of next week.

Easy Street Open All Three Days to Passholders AND Day Ticket Users

Season passholders and day ticket purchasers are welcome to ride the Easy Street triple chairlift this weekend. The Easy Street run is groomed and includes a small terrain park with a fun mix of rails, boxes and rollers. The Easy Street Triple chairlift is running from 9 am – 4 pm Friday, November 25 through Sunday, November 27.

Early season conditions exist. Easy Street Lift tickets are $10 for single day visitors. Brundage season passholders can access Easy Street with their current 2022-23 season pass.

The resort will close Monday, November 28 through Thursday December 1, and will reopen Friday, December 2, conditions permitting.

The Guest Services office will be open Saturday, and Sunday from 8 am to 4:30 pm for those who need to pick up passes. The Fall Line Retail, Rental and Tune shop will be open the same hours and days. The Brundage Snowsports School will be offering lessons. Reservations are required. Food service will be offered each day at the all-ages Smoky’s Bar & Grill from 11 am – close.
