Love Your Peaks Weekend Returns to Brundage Mountain After Record-Setting Debut

03/02/26

Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) will return to Brundage Mountain Resort March 6–8 for the second annual Love Your Peaks visit, building on the momentum of last year’s event, which set a national fundraising record for the nonprofit’s tour.

In its debut at Brundage Mountain in 2025, the three-day community event raised more than $16,000 for breast cancer education, prevention and survivorship programs — more than triple the original fundraising goal. Organizers say the enthusiastic response from the McCall mountain community helped establish Brundage as one of the standout stops on the nationwide Love Your Peaks series.

Now entering its second year, the weekend returns with a full lineup of on-snow activities, education opportunities and community gatherings designed to promote early detection and healthy, active lifestyles.

“Brundage doesn’t just show up, they show out,” said Curt Sterner, B4BC special events director. “Last year, we crushed our fundraising goal, and this mountain community rides for survivors and thrivers. Every participant, every run, every dollar raised supports our education, prevention and survivorship programs. We love Brundage and can’t wait to run it back this year.”

Throughout the weekend, the mountain will once again turn pink as skiers and snowboarders participate in signature Love Your Peaks events including the Pink Poker Run, Tribute Ride, Pink Snow Tie-Dye Station, Snowga (snow yoga), raffles, live music and après celebrations.

Full Event Schedule

A highlight of the weekend will be Saturday afternoon’s Tribute Ride down the Alpine ski run, when participants gather to honor loved ones affected by breast cancer in a powerful show of solidarity and support.

In addition to fundraising activities, St. Luke’s McCall will be onsite with breast health education resources and a mobile mammogram unit, reinforcing B4BC’s mission of prevention through awareness and early detection.

“Last year showed just how strong this community is when it rallies around an important cause,” said Carolyn Rogers, events manager at Brundage Mountain Resort. “The Love Your Peaks weekend blends fun, connection and purpose in a way that really reflects the spirit of Brundage and the people who ski and ride here.”

Event participation donations range from $15 to $25, with proceeds directly supporting B4BC’s national education, prevention and survivorship initiatives. Guests can also contribute through raffle entries, activities and weekend participation across the resort.

Boarding for Breast Cancer hosts more than a dozen Love Your Peaks events at mountain resorts across the United States each winter. Organizers say the Brundage stop has quickly become a favorite thanks to strong local participation and a shared commitment to outdoor wellness and community support.
