Get Ready for March Madness

02/27/13

With 20 1inches of new snow fall this week, we have been living a powder lover’s dream.

Our snow depths are looking solid, with 63 inches at the base area and 94 inches at the summit.

You may be thinking, “It is the end of February,  the downhill slide to Spring. So much for the snow.”  But nothing could be further from the truth.

Statistically speaking, March is one of the snowiest months on our beautiful mountain.

That’s why we have high hopes for many more powder days this season.

Here are a few examples of what March has looked like in past seasons:

Along with the bountiful snowfall we look forward to in March, we also have some amazing events coming up.  The Winter Games, “Jump on it” airbag tour, Crazy Daze and Pond Skimming to name a few.  Click here to for full details.

Let us put off thoughts of Spring and look forward to a couple more great months on the slopes.  Because if we get a snowy March, we’re bound to add extra Bonus Weekends deep into the month of April. Cheers!
