Brundage Celebrates Spring with Brewlympics, Cardboard Classic, and Last Tracks Festivities

03/29/25

Brundage Mountain Resort is sending off the 2024-25 ski season in style with a trio of lively spring events, culminating in the much-anticipated Last Tracks summit toast on Sunday, April 13.

Brewlympic Games – Saturday, April 5

Kicking off the fun is the Brewlympic Games, a day filled with spirited competition featuring the most athletic drinking games known to man. The action starts with the Root Beer Relay at 12:15 p.m. at the top of Bear, where kids and families can join in the fun. Adults can test their skills in the Beer Relay at 1:15 p.m. from the top of Alpine, racing to the bottom with the fullest cup.

The afternoon’s highlight is the Gelande Quaff, where eight teams of four will compete for ultimate bragging rights. Participants slide mugs of beer down a long table, attempt to catch them mid-air, and take a celebratory sip. Technical grabs and impressive stunts earn extra points in this crowd-favorite event. Registration opens at 11 a.m. outside the new Mountain Adventure Center (MAC), and spots fill up fast!

Cardboard Classic – Saturday, April 12

Creativity takes center stage at the 3rd Annual Cardboard Classic, where competitors race downhill in vessels made entirely of cardboard, duct tape, paint and a little imagination. In partnership with Pub Beer and 10 Barrel’s Hydration Station, Easy Street will transform into a lively hub of beach vibes, great music, and cool brews.

The derby schedule includes vessel check-in at 10:30 a.m., followed by judging and a showcase of the most imaginative creations. The main event kicks off at 1 p.m. after a mandatory participant meeting. Categories include youth and adult divisions, with prizes awarded for the funniest, most creative, and most enthusiastic entries.

Last Tracks & Closing Day – Sunday, April 13

Join Team Brundage on Closing Day for the beloved Last Tracks celebration. Grab a favorite beverage and head to the summit at 4 p.m. for a heartfelt toast to another memorable season.

After the toast, skiers and riders will sweep down Main Street to the Lodge alongside Ski Patrol, marking the official end of the season.

Spring Savings Alert!

Fresh snow is in the forecast at Brundage Mountain this week and the spring snowpack is an impressive 78” – 130”, so there’s still a lot of great ski days ahead. Brundage is offering special spring lift ticket pricing starting today (Monday, March 31), with all-mountain adult lift tickets available for just $69 for the remainder of the season.
