What's New for 2017-18

10/10/17

Winter visitors will feel the benefits of this year’s improvements before they even arrive at the mountain. A total rebuild of Goose Lake Road paves the way toward a winter full of exciting new things for beginners, backcountry skiers, foodies, techies, and especially season pass holders!

Smooth Sailing on Goose Lake Road

This $10 million road construction project spanning two summers has delivered a wider, straighter and safer roadway on the four-mile stretch between Highway 55 and Brundage Mountain. The most technical curves have been completely re-designed and re-worked with smoother angles and better sight-lines. The intersection of Highway 55 and Goose Lake Road was widened and enhanced with extra turning lanes and improved visibility to make getting to Brundage Mountain easier than ever.

200 New Parking Spaces in the Lower Lot

Once you arrive at Brundage, it will be easier to find a place to park. Over the past two years, we’ve expanded our Lower Lot to add more than 200 graveled parking spaces. This will ease congestion on busier weekends and holidays when parking can get tight. Improved drainage will help keep our Lower Lot tailgating tradition going strong all season long.

New Lift on Easy Street

We’re taking our FREE Skiing on Easy Street to the next level with the installation of a brand new SunKid conveyor lift. The 120-foot Easy Rider Carpet will operate seven days a week during peak season, and every weekend during the Spring. This new lift will enhance our children’s lesson programs, making it easier for the little ones to access learning terrain without riding an elevated lift. The Easy Rider Carpet is free to the public whenever it’s open, and we will continue to offer free lift tickets to the public on our Easy Street Triple Chairlift all season long.

Bears Den Dinner After Dark

Bears Den Table with peopleFor the more seasoned mountain adventurer, our Bear’s Den Dinner After Dark events provide a unique experience for all your senses. A SnowCat transports diners to our mid-mountain log cabin, where they’ll enjoy a four-course gourmet meal in a one-of-a-kind setting. We’re taking reservations for two public dinners each month but can also create custom events for groups of 10 or more. More details.

Enhanced Access to our Legendary SnowCat Adventures

We’ve upgraded our fleet by adding an additional SnowCat so we can offer a more comfortable and reliable experience for our backcountry powder hounds. We’ve also launched an on-line scheduling system for our SnowCat Adventures. That means powder lovers will be able to view availability in real time and grab an open spot or an entire SnowCat the instant the snow flies. Brundage Mountain offers guided SnowCat Adventures on 18,000 acres of phenomenal backcountry terrain. Learn more.

New Mobile App

Our brand new mobile app puts all your favorite website features right at your fingertips. Available for both IOS and Android users, the app features real-time snow report and grooming data, plus live webcams and a click-to-call Ski Patrol feature to make it quicker than ever to report accidents on the mountain.

McCall Sales Office – NEW Location

Our new McCall Sales office is a convenient stop for lift tickets, season passes and visitor information.

Located on Highway 55 (401 South 3rd Street) at the South entrance to town, this location will be open seven days a week starting November 1 to make it easy for our guests to take care of pre-season business without driving to the mountain. This will also be our new park-and-ride shuttle stop for the FREE McCall-to-Brundage Shuttle which runs Thursdays through Sundays and holidays during ski season. Learn more.
