It’s the Saturday before Christmas, and Brundage is absolutely delivering the goods! The mountain is riding phenomenally well right now, with some of the best snow quality you’ll find anywhere. From buttery-smooth groomers that are fast and playful to hidden powder stashes that keep you smiling all day, we’ve got something for everyone.

The snowpack has held up incredibly well, even with slightly milder temps. Up high, it’s firm and fast for carving those deep lines, while lower down, the snow softens up for a forgiving, playful ride. The entire mountain feels dialed in—whether you’re taking wide-open cruisers, exploring natural features, or just soaking in the snow-caked beauty all around you.

For those looking to work on their freestyle game, the Bear and Jammer Parks are absolutely firing. With a mix of small and medium jumps and a variety of creative jibs, the park crew has outdone themselves. Whether you’re throwing down or just cruising through, the vibes are high.

And let’s talk about how much snow we’ve had so far this season—102 inches of snowfall at the base! Mother Nature has been kind to us, and the consistency and variety of terrain here at Brundage is second to none. Add in stunning views and unmatched quiet, and you’ve got a winter paradise that truly sets the bar.

Why Brundage is the Place to Be:

• Top-to-Bottom Fun: The entire mountain is open and ready to rip, with all lifts spinning from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It’s wide-open, uncrowded, and begging for laps.
• Beautiful Snow-Covered Views: Take a moment between runs to soak in the serene, snow-covered trees and endless mountain views. It’s postcard-perfect out there.
• The MAC Experience: Stop by the new Mountain Adventure Center to grab last-minute holiday gifts, get your gear waxed and tuned for optimal performance, or pick up a latte at Basecamp to fuel your day. Pro tip: It’s a great spot for a quick bathroom break too, no need to hike up to the lodge.
• Upper Lot Upstairs Bar & The Bear’s Den Now Open!: Need to wind down after a day of shredding? Swing by for an adult beverage at Upper Lot and some hot cocoa to warm up at The Bear’s Den (At the top of the Bear chair.) to celebrate a day well spent.
