Brundage Mountain Opens Full Time Operations Friday, December 13
BlueBird Express, Centennial Triple, Bear Chair & Easy Street Set to Open
After nearly a foot of base-building snow fell over the weekend, Brundage Mountain slopes are prepped and ready to open this Friday, December 13th.
Brundage plans to run the BlueBird Express, Centennial Triple, Bear Chair and Easy Street lifts for opening day. This kicks off the resort’s full-time, seven day a week operations.
Current snow depths range from 22 to 28 inches, and a significant snowstorm set to hit Wednesday evening through mid-day Friday promises to add to that amount.
“We’re very excited to kick-off our 59th ski season by opening the entire front side of the mountain,” said resort General Manager, Ken Rider. “The early season snow conditions are great and we can’t wait to share the stoke with all our loyal skiers and riders.”
Regular lift ticket pricing is in effect. Brundage offers special pricing for those who ski on the Bear Chair only, AND, Easy Street lift tickets are always FREE to all ages, all season long.
Smoky’s Bar & Grill, The Upper Lot Pub, and the Main Street Market will all be open, along with Fall Line Shop Rentals & Retail, the Ski + Ride School and the Daycare.
Early season conditions exist. Naturally, grooming and lift operations will be expanded as snow conditions permit.
