All purchases are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person unless otherwise specified. All tickets and passes are subject to restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions. Your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. We do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or number of lifts operating.
Rentals: $5 date change fee
Snow Tubing: $5 date change fee
Resort Credit: No refunds
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all Mountain Sports School products. If you cannot make it to your reserved lesson time, please let us know as soon as possible. Lessons canceled within the 24-hour window will be charged the full rate of the purchased product.
Cancellations made by guests 14 days or more before the scheduled trip will be given a full refund. Cancellations or ‘no shows’ less than 14 days before the trip will be charged the full price of the trip.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before a trip may rebook for the current season for a $500 rebooking fee. If Brundage cancels your trip, you will receive a full refund.
If Brundage Mountain cancels your trip for any reason, you’ll receive a full refund. If you cancel your trip 72 hours in advance (or more), you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel your trip less than 72 hours in advance, you may reschedule for a different date in the current season at no additional charge. Once a trip has been rescheduled, you are no longer eligible for a cancellation refund.
No returns without a receipt; must be within 30 days of purchase. Returns credited same method as purchased. (No cash back for charge or debit cards). Exchanges can be made if a receipt is not present.
Brundage Mountain is a non-smoking resort. Smoking is prohibited in and around all lodge facilities, decks, patios, lift lines and ski runs.
Brundage Mountain Resort is dog friendly, however, dogs must always be on a leash for the safety of all resort guests. Dogs and pets are only allowed in designated areas. Owners must clean-up after pets.
Season Passes
All Brundage Mountain season passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale. Please see our Season Pass page for more information
Gift Cards
Brundage Gift Cards are non-refundable. Brundage Gift Cards do not expire at the end of the season and can be used in future seasons.
Brundage Mountain is happy to be able to offer parking to our guests at no charge. Please familiarize yourself with our parking rules & regulations before visiting.
Brundage Mountain’s Uphill Travel Policy allows access for uphill travelers outside of operational hours. Brundage Mountain recognizes the enthusiasm of the public to use this area for different recreational activities and seeks to strike a balance between that desire and the significant safety concerns posed by uphill travel within ski area boundaries. It is your responsibility to read, understand and adhere to the Brundage Mountain Uphill Travel policy if you will be traveling uphill at Brundage Mountain. You can view that policy here.
Drones Are Prohibited at Brundage Mountain.
Safety and privacy of our guests, employees and property is of primary concern to Brundage Mountain Resort. The unauthorized use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), including, but not limited to, drones and radio controlled aircraft and devices, by the public, employees or guests is strictly prohibited at Brundage Mountain. This prohibition includes base areas, parking lots, ski slopes and mountain terrain owned by Brundage Mountain Resort or operated by Brundage Mountain Resort. This prohibition on drone use extends to any drones launched or operated from Resort property, as well as drones launched from any property outside of the Resort boundaries.
Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of your skiing or snowboarding privileges, or the revocation of your season pass, as well as confiscation of any equipment. Violators will be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, physical or personal injuries, property damage, damages for violations of privacy, regulatory fines and legal fees.
