Season Pass Agreement

AS A CONDITION OF HOLDING A SEASON PASS AND IN RETURN FOR BEING PROVIDED THE USE OF SKI LIFT FACILITIES AT BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN DURING THE CURRENT SKI SEASON, I AGREE:

That the season pass is NOT refundable and NOT transferable.

That Brundage Mountain Company shall have the right to revoke the license conferred by this ticket and confiscate this ticket in any instance where, solely in the judgment of any Brundage Mountain representative, I act in any manner which endangers my safety or the safety of any other person or violates Idaho Skier laws, or which constitutes misconduct or nuisance

To abide by all ski area rules and to ski/snowboard in control at all times, to heed trail and directional signs and to observe area and trail closures, if any.

As a holder of this pass I assume full responsibility for its care and safe keeping. In the event my season pass is lost or stolen, I will immediately notify the Brundage Mountain.

The season pass purchased is for the personal use only of the person whose photo and name appear on the ticket. The season pass will not be sold, given, traded, loaned or assigned to any other person for any reason. Upon violation of the above, my season pass may be revoked, with no refund, and I may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

To carry the season pass with me at all times when boarding a lift at Brundage Mountain and to display it in view of the lift attendants.

If I do not have my season pass in my possession and desire to use the lift facilities, Brundage Mountain reserves the right to charge me up to the full amount of a daily ticket.

Should I lose this pass, I will be allowed to replace it only one-time, and will be charged a replacement fee of $25.00. If I lose my replacement pass, I will have to buy a new pass at the original purchase price.

Brundage Mountain does not guarantee the holder opening and closing dates of the ski lift operating season, nor a continuous daily operation of all lifts throughout the season.

That I (we/they) release and discharge owners, management and employees from all liability for injury to persons or property arising from the use of the area and its facilities.

WARNING
Under Idaho law, a skier/snowboarder assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing/snowboarding. A skier/snowboarder may not recover from any ski area operator for any injury resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing/snowboarding including, but not limited to: changing weather conditions; existing and changing snow conditions; marked and unmarked bare spots; rocks; forest growth and debris; stumps; trees; collision with natural objects, or other skiers/snowboarders; variations in terrain; and the failure of skiers/snowboarders to ski/snowboard within their own abilities.

By skiing/snowboarding this area you are assuming all risks of inherent injury, damage, or loss, and are agreeing to abide by all ski area rules. If you are not willing to assume these risks and obey area rules, DO NOT PURCHASE A PASS AT THIS AREA.

BY CONTINUING MY PURCHASE I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE AND PURCHASE MY SEASON PASS ON THE BASIS THAT I AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED.
