Join Us For Our Pass Holder Appreciation Party Saturday, August 30
Brundage Mountain’s summer season will come to an official close on Labor Day, but several of the improvements made this summer will provide entertainment into the fall season and beyond. Summer lift service wraps up this weekend with a Bonus Day on Labor Day. The Bluebird Quad will run 10 am – 5 pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Brundage is throwing a special party to celebrate the end of the summer season. The Pass Holder Appreciation Party is Saturday, August 30th. Summer and winter season pass holders will be treated to free chairlift rides from 5-8 pm and a barbeque at Smoky’s Bar & Grill will feature delicious $5 burgers. The Garden Valley Trio is set to provide the live music for guests to enjoy from the new outdoor deck space.
Guests will have the opportunity to check out the progress on the ski area’s expansive lodge addition project and to meet the Board of Directors and Brundage Staff. More info: www.brundage.com/event/season-pass-holder-appreciation-party.
The end-of-summer season does NOT mean people need wait for winter to enjoy the mountain. Brundage Mountain added a one-mile nature trail in July. This scenic trail will remain open year-round and will serve as a snowshoe trail in the winter months. The trailhead is near the ‘Pet Area’ in the upper parking lot.
Crews also constructed and opened a nine-hole disc golf course, the “Easy Street 9”. The disc golf course will remain open to the public until snow starts accumulating in the base area. A course map is available at www.brundage.com/discgolf.
Brundage Mountain’s bike trails will also remain open to the public, conditions permitting. Starting September 2, bikers can climb the trails using human-power but are advised to use caution and be on the lookout for two-way traffic.
