07/12/12

More than two dozen musical acts are set to take the stage during the two-day IdahoDown Music festival at Brundage Mountain August 3 & 4.

Performers will be featured on two stages as concert goers enjoy the impressive natural acoustics of Brundage Mountain’s grassy green amphitheater.

Continuous live music runs from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am on Friday, August 3rd and from noon until 2:00 am on Saturday, August 4. Tickets are just $30 for a single day or $50 for the entire weekend. Unlike other music festivals of its size, the IdahoDown event also includes free camping in the purchase price.

Musical acts include: Equaleyes, Innocent Man, LadyTramp, Jeff Crosby & The Refugees, Reilly Coyote, Holden Young, Real Life Rockaz, Triggers & Slips, James Orr, Down North, Interstate, Voice of Reason, Cory Mon & the Starlight Gospel, Jupiter Holiday, Smooth Money Gesture, Steve Meyers, Jonathan Warren & The Billy Goats, Justin Lantrip, Furious Jones, The Pour Horse, Jimmy Bivens, Revolver, Luke Benson, Ophelia, Holly McGarry, Josh Hedlund and more.

Full details are available at www.idahodownfestival.com

“This event allows music lovers to enjoy several of their favorite local and regional bands and also check out some great new acts they’re probably not familiar with,” said resort spokesperson, April Russell. “With the weekend ticket, you’re getting an amazing outdoor concert and camping experience – for less than two-dollars per band.”

Ticket-holding concert goers will also enjoy $5 scenic chairlift rides (regular price: $10). Food, beer and cocktails will be available for purchase on-site. No outside coolers are allowed in the concert area, but coolers are allowed in camping areas. No dogs are allowed in the concert area, but dogs are allowed on leashes in camping areas only. Campfires are prohibited.
