McCall’s Activity Barn Offers Non-Stop Fun with Expanded Snow Tubing Hours for Spring Break
Snow tubing enthusiasts are in for a treat this March. Thanks to the bounty of snow that’s fallen in and around McCall, the Activity Barn plans to offer snow tubing all the way through the end of March!
McCall received a record-breaking 74” of fresh snow in February, giving the Activity Barn its best snow base in recent memory. The popular snow tubing destination, located just south of McCall off Moonridge Drive, has added eight extra operating days to its spring schedule. That means it will be open EVERY DAY from March 15 through March 31.
“It’s always our goal to stay open as long as we can offer a great experience,” said Activity Barn Manager, Michele Cretser. “This year has been our best yet and we’re excited to be offering Snow Tubing every single day for the two big Spring Break weeks in our area.”
The Activity Barn is currently running four 800-foot lanes, which are accessed by a 600-foot conveyor lift. That makes it easy for kids of all ages to pack a lot of thrills into a short time period. Children must be 36 inches tall to participate.
Other fun adventures offered by the Activity Barn include snow shoe or fat bike rentals to use on the 3 mile dog-friendly nordic trail on site, along with horse-drawn sleigh rides offered by reservation.
