Take your yoga practice to new heights with yoga on the mountain, a FREE outdoor yoga experience.
The exceptional, certified instructors from Shanti Yoga will guide you through a cycle of poses to boost your strength, posture, relaxation, and inspiration for your next adventure. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat, there is plenty of room to spread out in the grassy base area.
EVERY WEDNESDAY from June 30 through Sept. 1 – 11 am – Noon
Participants must sign a waiver (18 and under will need a parent/guardian to sign a waiver). You can treat yourself to a full day of fun with yoga class, lunch on the deck at Smoky’s, mountain biking, hiking and disc golf.
