Come join us for our craziest day of the season as brave skimmers shoot the chilly 100-ft pond!  We’ll hold our traditional Treasure Hunt, Costume Contest and Poker Run plus our 2nd annual Beer Relay.

Here’s the schedule:

9:30 AM: Treasure Hunt Begins (Pick up your clue sheet at the Event Tent, Plaza Level)

**10 Winners each get a Brundage goodie bag**

9:30 AM: Poker Run Begins (Pick up your poker sheet at the Event Tent, Plaza Level)

* Best Hand wins a 2-Day Select Card
* Second Best hand wins a $25 Brundage gift card  

9:30 AM-11:30 AM: Beer relay registration open for 4 person teams (Event Tent, Plaza Level)  Meet at the top of Alpine at high noon.

9:30 AM- 12:30 PM:  Space is limited so sign up early for Pond Skimming at the Event Tent, Plaza Level  

10:00 AM- 1:00 PM: DJ Ethan Savage – Music on the plaza!

11:30 AM: Poker Run Ends. Turn your poker hand in to Guest Services office (winner announced between Round 1 & Round 2 of Pond Skimming).

12:00 PM:  Beer Relay

12:45 PM: Costume Contest at the Pond, best costume wins a $100 Brundage gift card.
1:00- 3:00 PM: POND SKIMMING! (Sign up and fill out a waiver at the Event Tent, Plaza Level by 12:30 pm)

Winning prize for the Pond Skimming Champ is a 2016/2017 Brundage Season Pass!

How to win:

A grand champion will be selected based on the number of rounds they can ‘survive’ the pond (get to the end and exit without falling) and on style points throughout the competition. ‘Style’ can be a combination of what you wear and your overall coolness while skimming.  Those who make it to the third and final round will compete in a “skim off”.  Judges will chose the grand champion winner from these contestants.
