Papa Bear GS Races at Brundage Mountain are for youth skiers, age 6-17.
The Papa Bear GS Races are for youth skiers, age 6-17. Skiers do not need to be affiliated with a club. All skiers are invited and welcome regardless of whether this is their first ever race or not. Each racer gets two timed runs on the Giant Slalom course. Times are combined to determine results. Awards given to top 5 boys and top 5 girls in each class. Come race with McCall Winter Sports Club for a day! It’s fun!
Race Details:
Race Day: Sunday, January 29, 2023
Racer Check-In: 8:15am-9am (Location TBD)
Course Inspection: 9:45am
Race Start: 10:30am
Awards Ceremony: 1:30pm-ish (Main Plaza outside Ticket Windows)
Race Venue: Badger Run @ Brundage Mountain Resort. Parents/spectators may walk to bottom of course.
Race Classes: U8, U10, U12, U14+
Registration: Cost is $30/racer
Deadline to register is 1/27/23 @ midnight.
Release of Liability Waiver Required! (LINK)

Lift Tickets:
Racer tickets available to pre-purchase at time of registration.
$30 (7-11 year olds), $35 (12-17 year olds)
Parent Vouchers available for 20% off lift ticket at Brundage Ticket Window, open at 8am.
