A Day in the Life of Ski Patrol

12/11/10

This is the first in a series of posts by ‘guest bloggers’.

These are people who spend a lot of time at Brundage Mountain and have some thoughts (and in this case, TERRIFIC photos) to share.

Photographer Chris Nye has this to share about our Ski Patrollers, and we couldn’t agree more – April

“These guys and gals are great skiers and boarders.  They’re expertly trained to tackle about any “on the mountain” emergency.

Plus, it looks like they have a lot of fun at their job.

Checking out the snow conditions.

Skier biffed hard but he’s O.K….so back to work.

Brundage home of the best snow (and Ski Patrollers) in Idaho.”

Chris Nye is one of the photographers working for LMP Photography this season. LMP Photography is happy to shoot custom photos and specializes in both action and commemorative on-mountain portraits. Click here to learn more.
