Donation Requests

Donation requests should be submitted at least 4-6 weeks in advance of an event to allow time for review.
Gift certificates, vouchers, or merchandise will be issued; we do not authorize monetary donations.
Donation request form must include all required information to be considered for a possible donation.
Thank you for your patience – due to the volume of donation requests received it is not always possible to respond to all donation requests and follow up correspondence. If approved, you will be contacted and the donation will be mailed.
