Uphill Travel is now closed at Brundage Mountain as of 3-25-2020. Brundage Mountain and the U.S. Forest Service are suspending uphill access to Forest Service lands operated under permit by Brundage Mountain. This is in concert with Governor Brad Little’s statewide stay-at-home order, issued 3-25-2020. That order is in effect at least through April 15, 2020.
These actions have been taken based on the best available CDC guidelines to promote social distancing as Idaho has now seen community spread of COVID-19.
Additionally, Adams County reminds the patrons of public lands that parking on county roads is prohibited.
The permitted area of Brundage Mountain is closed to motorized use 12 months a year, whether the resort is in operation or not, under the Special Use Permit issued by the Forest Service.
