The journey begins as you step aboard a SnowCat in the base area to the Bears Den. At the Bears Den, relax by the outdoor fire pit, or in the cozy mid-mountain yurt and prepare yourself for a dining experience like no other.
The Dinner After Dark menu features a four-course meal curated by Executive Chef Alexa Stanley. Begin with a Roasted Tomato Bruschetta and Peppercorn Thomas Cattle Co. Steak Crostini. After, enjoy a fresh Winter Salad with apple cider vinaigrette. The mouth-watering main dish features a Thomas Cattle Co. Fillet served with Cheesy Polenta, Roasted Winter Vegetables, and a Balsamic Mushroom Sauce. Dinner concludes with a Maple Crème Brûlée topped with Ritual Chocolate.
$179 per person + tax (Includes gratuity).
Dinner includes mulled-wine and non-alcoholic beverages. Draft Beer and Cocktails are available for purchase in the Bear’s Den.
