Arroz Con Gondules (yellow rice w/pigeon peas), Jibarito Sandwich (Puerto Rican steak), Jamaican Jerked Chicken Skewers with a Cilantro Aioli and Fried Sweet Plantains. Dessert: Coconut Cream Ice Cream with fresh Mango Jam.
