An uphill challenge at your favorite downhill destination
An uphill challenge at your favorite downhill destination! Runners gain 1,640 feet in elevation as they ascend 3.1 miles to the breathtaking summit of Brundage Mountain via the Cat Track. Enjoy 360 degree views of Payette Lake & the McCall area, The 7 Devils Mountains, Granite Peak, and the Wallowa Mountain Range of Oregon. 10k competitors turn around at the summit and descend an additional 3.1 miles. A new 5k option allows runners to take the chairlift to the summit and descend for 3.1 miles along the Cat Track. Bring along your family and friends for a discounted chair lift ride to the summit to cheer you on!
NEW THIS YEAR: 
The Cat Track 5K
Runners looking for a shorter distance, 5k participants will take the BlueBird Express chairlift to the summit and start the race at the the top. They will descend for a total of 3.1 miles. This will be an enjoyable and scenic race for those who want to try mountain running, or bring the kiddos up for a fun 5K!
RED, WHITE, & BLUE attire/costumes are encouraged. Bring your finest Patriotic get-up to the Mountain. There will be a PRIZE for the best dressed!
RACE SCHEDULE:
Tuesday, July 3rd: Packet Pickup from 4-6pm: Located at the Brundage Downtown Retail Store located at 307 Park St, McCall, ID 83638
Wednesday, July 4th: Race Day Check-in/Race Day Packet Pickup from 8:30 – 9:30 am at the Brundage
Wednesday, July 4th: 9:30-9:50 am – Pre-Race Briefing
Wednesday, July 4th: 10:00 am – Race Start for 10K 10:15 start time for 5K
Registration:
We highly recommend pre-registering online. Entry fees are $45 for the 10k and $30 for the 5k online.
Register HereRace Entry includes a SWEET Trucker Hat (red, white, & blue themed), some other awesome SWAG, and a free beer (over 21) or beverage of choice at the post race party. All runners will receive a unique finisher medal!
Race Day Sign-Up is available from 8 – 9 am but is not encouraged
Race day entry fee is $55 for the 10k and $40 for the 5k. Cash or check payable to Brundage Mountain Resort only.
