2026/27 Season Pass Protection
We understand that unpredictable situations happen in life that can prevent you from utilizing your season pass at Brundage. Brundage Mountain offers Pass Protection. Our Pass Protection offers you a resort credit for your current season pass at a pro-rated cost. Brundage Mountain Season Pass Protection is not transferable or refundable. If you do not add-on Pass Protection at the time of your season pass purchase or within 30 days of your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund, rollover or credit toward your next season pass purchase and understand that passes are not transferable. Brundage Season Pass Protection is approximately 6% of the cost for the pass at the time it is purchased.
Qualifying Reasons
- Injury, illness, or develops a medical condition precluding the use of their pass for the remainder of the season.
- Called to active military service.
- Required to move from their residence to a location outside of a 150-mile radius from Brundage for work.
Policy Details
- Non-use of pass for reasons other than those stated above will not be considered. Financial hardship is not a reason.
- Season Passes with fewer than 8 uses may be considered for credit. Requests with more than 8 uses on the pass will be automatically denied
- No credit will occur when a pass is revoked for misconduct.
- Documentation must be provided at the time of request for consideration. Requests made without documentation will be automatically denied and a new submission will be required.
- Credit requests can take up to 2 weeks to be reviewed and processed. Once processed, credits are FINAL. If your situation changes, you would need to repurchase a pass at the current rate. No early season pricing will be extended.
- All credit requests must be submitted online using the form below.
- Credits are calculated based on the price paid for the pass, the daily ticket rate for any days used, and the date the claim was filed with documentation.

Example: Pass holder skis 3 days and makes an injury claim in January. 3 days of skiing at $115 a day = $345 value in day tickets. The pass was purchased for $599, minus the $345 for days used = $254. The claim was submitted before the January claim deadline so the credit would be 75% or $190.50.
Required documentation
- All claims based on medical reasons must be accompanied by a letter from their attending physician
- All claims based on relocation must be accompanied by a letter from their employer or change of address notification through the United States Post Service.
- All claims based on deployment must be accompanied by a letter from the commanding officer or deployment orders.
