Brundage Mountain does not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain, or the number of lifts operating.
If you purchase a full-day lift ticket and are dissatisfied with conditions for any reason, return to the ticket window within one hour of purchase and receive a Snow Check for the value of your ticket to use another day during the current season.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all MTN Sports School products. If you cannot make your reserved lesson time, please notify us as soon as possible.
Lessons canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson time will be charged the full rate of the purchased product.
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all Brundage Daycare reservations. If you cannot make your reserved daycare time, please notify us as soon as possible.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be charged the full rate of the purchased product.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Only one form of payment may be used per reservation.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled trip are non-refundable but may be rescheduled for another date during the current season for $500. Rescheduled trips are non-refundable.
Trips booked within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.
Brundage Mountain reserves the right to cancel trips at any time due to weather, snow conditions, mechanical issues, or other operational concerns. Guests will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule if Brundage Mountain cancels a trip.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to equipment during their trip. Any damage charges may be applied to the credit card on file.

If Brundage Mountain cancels your trip for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your trip 72 hours or more before your scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your trip less than 72 hours before your scheduled trip, you may reschedule for another date during the current season at no additional charge.
Once a trip has been rescheduled, it is no longer eligible for a cancellation refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to equipment during their trip. Any damage charges may be applied to the credit card on file.

All Activity Barn tubing ticket purchases are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person unless otherwise specified. All tickets are subject to restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.
Your credit card will be charged for the amount shown regardless of whether or not the purchased tubing ticket(s) are used. Brundage Mountain does not guarantee weather conditions or tubing hill operations.
In the event that Brundage Mountain cancels, a full refund will be issued.
Snow Tubing reservations may be changed for a $5 date change fee.

Please be advised that our kitchen handles and prepares foods containing all major allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish.
While we follow strict food safety practices, there is always a risk of cross-contact, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens or safe for individuals with food allergies.
Additionally, consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase the risk of foodborne illness, particularly for individuals with certain medical conditions.
If weather conditions prevent safe SnowCat access to the Bear’s Den, the dinner experience will be relocated to the Upper Lot Pub. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related venue changes.
Cancellations and refunds are not available within 14 days of the scheduled dinner event.
If you are unable to attend within the 14-day cancellation window, you may find a replacement guest to use your reservation.

Returns must be accompanied by a receipt and completed within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. No cash refunds will be issued for purchases made using debit or credit cards.
Exchanges may be permitted without a receipt.

Brundage Mountain is a non-smoking resort.
Smoking is prohibited in and around all lodge facilities, decks, patios, lift lines, and ski runs.
Brundage Mountain Resort is dog friendly, however, dogs must always be on a leash for the safety of all resort guests. Dogs and pets are only allowed in designated areas. Owners must clean-up after pets.

Brundage Mountain assesses a 3.5% resort fee on all transactions excluding MTN Sports School lessons.
All Brundage Mountain season passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale.

Brundage Gift Cards & Resort Credit are non-refundable and do not expire at the end of the season. Gift Cards & Resort Credit may be used in future seasons.

Brundage Mountain is happy to be able to offer parking to our guests at no charge. Please familiarize yourself with our parking rules & regulations before visiting.
Brundage Mountain’s Uphill Travel Policy allows access for uphill travelers outside of operational hours. Brundage Mountain recognizes the enthusiasm of the public to use this area for different recreational activities and seeks to strike a balance between that desire and the significant safety concerns posed by uphill travel within ski area boundaries. It is your responsibility to read, understand and adhere to the Brundage Uphill Travel Policy.

Drones Are Prohibited at Brundage Mountain.
Safety and privacy of our guests, employees and property is of primary concern to Brundage Mountain Resort. The unauthorized use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), including, but not limited to, drones and radio controlled aircraft and devices, by the public, employees or guests is strictly prohibited at Brundage Mountain. This prohibition includes base areas, parking lots, ski slopes and mountain terrain owned by Brundage Mountain Resort or operated by Brundage Mountain Resort. This prohibition on drone use extends to any drones launched or operated from Resort property, as well as drones launched from any property outside of the Resort boundaries.
Any violation of this policy may involve suspension of your skiing or snowboarding privileges, or the revocation of your season pass, as well as confiscation of any equipment. Violators will be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, physical or personal injuries, property damage, damages for violations of privacy, regulatory fines and legal fees.
