Anyone who donates a can of food or non-perishable food item will earn a free lift ride. We’ll be giving away some Giant Bike gear and our local partners will be on hand with demos and coupons. \nPrecision Bike Repair reps will offer free safety inspections and light adjustments. (brakes\, derailleurs\, chain lube\, etc.) so bring your bike for a quick summer prep. \nWe’re also holding a HUGE raffle sponsored by Giant Bikes and our local retail partners. Proceeds go to the Heartland Hunger Resource Center and McCall Food Bank. \n \nThe raffle features everything from bike jerseys to locks\, gloves\, saddles and floor pumps. SUMMARY:Summer Chairlift Grand Opening - FREE Lift Rides
DESCRIPTION:We are kicking off our summer season EARLY!\nWe’re celebrating an early start to the summer season by moving up our opening day and offering FREE chairlift rides. \nThe Blue Bird quad will be in operation from 10 am – 5 pm\, with the last chair loading at 4:30 pm. The lift takes visitors to our 7\,640 foot summit\, which provides sweeping views of the Payette Lakes\, Salmon River Mountains\, Seven Devil’s and Oregon’s Eagle Cap mountains\, among others. We also have more than 20 miles of hand-built single track bike trails descending from the summit. Bike rentals are available for purchase. \nSmoky’s Bar and Grill will also open for the summer season on Saturday\, June 20. Regular operating hours for Smoky’s will be Thursdays\, Fridays\, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am – 5:30 pm. \nRegular summer chairlift hours will be Thursdays\, Fridays\, Saturdays & Sundays from 10 am – 5 pm with a Bonus Day on Monday\, Sept. 7 (Labor Day). \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:Join us for an action-packed\, information-filled photography workshop exploring the Brundage Mountain Snow Shoe Trail.  Beginning with coffee in the lodge\, we will review camera functions\, learn about shutter speeds\, depth of field\, and ISO settings. After discussing some elements of composition and reviewing a variety of assignments designed to help develop your vision\, we will strap on snow shoes and head to the mile-long snow shoe trail for fresh air and photo opportunities. \nReturning to the Lodge\, we will review and critique our work\,  answer questions…and have fun learning more about photography than we knew before! \nInstructor Pam Benham works as a location photographer throughout the West for a wide array of corporate\, editorial and advertising accounts. Pam has taught at Boise State University\, College of Southern Idaho and most recently designed\, launched and taught photography at the College of Western Idaho. DESCRIPTION:Kids and families\, join us at Brundage Mountain for the Payette Children’s Forest Winter Adventure Weekend for snow science\, skiing and tons of fun in the snow! \nChildren ages 6 and under are invited to join the Forest Service for frozen bubble blowing and snow exploring from 10-noon. \nChildren 7 and older can learn to snow shoe at 11 or 12:00\, free snow shoes provided. \nWe have 40 spots available for afternoon learn to ski or snowboard packages with Brundage instructors for children 8-17.  This 2-hr beginner lesson is from 1:30-3:30\, costs $19 and includes rental equipment.
