DESCRIPTION:Giant Slalom – U8\, U10\, U12\, U14\nThe Chris Bodily Memorial 4-Way Races is a long-time tradition in McCall that celebrates Coach Chris Bodily’s love of skiing\, racing and competition shared with many alongside his “mischievous passion\, infectious joy\, wry wit\, educated humility” and “gentle spirit.” \nThere are 4 ways athletes will celebrate the sport – Slalom\, Giant Slalom\, Gelande Jump and XC Sprint.  Participating in all 4 events takes courage\, grit\, and humility – the perfect mix of character that deserves to be sprinkled on a churro! Head down to Easy Street and watch as teams compete in vessels made with only two main materials… cardboard and duct tape! If you’re participating in this year’s Cardboard Classic\, then keep reading!\nIf you want to pre register or have any questions\, please email Michael Hayes at michael@brundage.com\n Let your imagination guide you while building the raddist carboard vessel on the hill. Here are the rules of the game: \n\nBuild your vessel before the day of the event\nThe vessel can be made with ONLY cardboard\, duct tape\, string\, twine and paint \nDecorate your vessel however you like – silly decorations encouraged!\nAll participants MUST wear helmets\nEach vessel may only be used by one participant or team\n\n  \nThe Objective: Successfully navigate and complete the course with all team members in tact.\n  \nCardboard Classic Divisions: \nYouth (Up to 17)\n• Solo\n• Team (up to 5 people) \nAdult (18+)\n• Solo\n• Team (up to 5 people) \n  \nJudging \nVessels are awarded points based on how close they hit the bull’s eye at the end of the course. This is a marathon\, not a sprint!
