DESCRIPTION:Take your yoga practice to new heights with yoga on the mountain\, a FREE outdoor yoga experience. \nEVERY WEDNESDAY from July 2 through August 26 at 2pm. You can treat yourself to a full day of fun with yoga class as a warm up or warm down from a bike ride or a pre-happy hour session. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat\, there is plenty of room to spread out in the grassy base area. \n\nAbout the instructor: Kasey Rose comes from a lifetime of manual labor and athletics. She grew up the second of eight children working on dairy farms and participating in every sport she could. She was a national championship collegiate rower and a road cyclist with two Idaho Women’s Challenge Stage Races under her chamois. Although the world class competition stayed well ahead of Kasey on the road\, the international champions tell the story about how the Lantern Rouge fromIdaho dominated the arm wrestling competition at the after party! Kasey had a nineteen year career as a wildland firefighter\, seventeen of which she spent smokejumping. She left fire to raise her two children while her husband continues to play with fire.Kasey is always looking for ways to maintain optimal health and well being\, preferably outside! One of her favorite things to do is share what keeps her moving and leads mindful movement classes in her local community as well as on retreats.

His 2024 itinerary included headlining shows in dance halls and clubs from coast to coast and top billing at the historic Festival Country De Crappone in France. \nEllis kicked off 2025 at the Mile 0 Festival in Key West this past anuary.  “I’m just a person\, just a guy out there having a good time and trying to make sure other people are too\,” Bullard says. “I give my time to people\, and I think that means a lot to them. I’m genuinely trying to forge relationships and have meaningful interactions with all the fans I meet on the road.” After sharing the stage with Texas mainstays like Cody Jinks\, Ray Wylie Hubbard\, Jason Boland\, Reckless Kelly\, Randy Rogers\, and Whiskey Myers\, Bullard has become his own. You can treat yourself to a full day of fun with yoga class as a warm up or warm down from a bike ride or a pre-happy hour session. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat\, there is plenty of room to spread out in the grassy base area. \n\nAbout the instructor: Kasey Rose comes from a lifetime of manual labor and athletics. She grew up the second of eight children working on dairy farms and participating in every sport she could. She was a national championship collegiate rower and a road cyclist with two Idaho Women’s Challenge Stage Races under her chamois. Although the world class competition stayed well ahead of Kasey on the road\, the international champions tell the story about how the Lantern Rouge fromIdaho dominated the arm wrestling competition at the after party! Kasey had a nineteen year career as a wildland firefighter\, seventeen of which she spent smokejumping. She left fire to raise her two children while her husband continues to play with fire.Kasey is always looking for ways to maintain optimal health and well being\, preferably outside! One of her favorite things to do is share what keeps her moving and leads mindful movement classes in her local community as well as on retreats.
