DESCRIPTION:WOMEN’S DIVA DAY MOUNTAIN BIKE CLINIC AT BRUNDAGE MOUNTAIN\nNote:  All women age 18 and over may purchase half-priced full-day lift tickets for Diva Day on August 1st \nIn addition\, we are stoked to be offering a women’s specific mountain bike clinic with women instructors!  This clinic\, put on by our partners at SingleTrack Sessions\, will focus on fundamental skills such as\, braking\, body position\, cornering and clearing small obstacles. Instruction will take place on intermediate trails and in a designated skills practice area and is always catered to individual skill levels.  Our goal is to help students master all the fundamental skills that will make riders of all abilities more comfortable and confident on your bike! \n  \nThe morning will start off with coffee and a quick bike check discussion to make sure our rides are in good working order. \nWe will follow this with an on the bike skills session\, practicing in a controlled environment the fundamentals we will take out onto the trails. \nLunch provided at 12:30 after which we head back out for an afternoon group ride to practice our newly developed skills! \n  \nPrice: $50 \nTime: 9:30-2:30 \nIncludes: Instruction\, full day lift ticket\, lunch \n  \nLimited space available. DESCRIPTION:Here’s a great way to get outdoors\, enjoy the search for our state berry AND learn something new!\nJoin Brundage Mountain and local photographer\, Pam Benham\, for the second photography workshop in our three-part series. \nWe begin this day long workshop discussing lighting\, angles and composition elements to consider when working on location.  Informational handouts and a power point presentation will help guide you through the process of making environmental portraits. Then the group will head outdoors to explore the lower trails of the mountain searching for berries and creative opportunities for making portraits.  After a delicious lunch and specialty huckleberry beverages\, we will have ample time for questions and critique. \nInstructor: Pam Benham works as a location photographer throughout the West for a wide array of corporate\, editorial and advertising accounts.  Pam has taught at Boise State University\, College of Southern Idaho and most recently designed and launched the photography program at College of Western Idaho where she continued her teaching career. DESCRIPTION:***Attention: \nUnfortunately\, due to unforeseen circumstances\, the Cross Country race scheduled for Saturday August 15th has been canceled. \nWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Dirt Bag Promotions will be giving full refunds for those of you who have already registered for the XC race. \nFor those of you who had planned on participating in the XC portion of our event\, Brundage will be offering a $12 all-day bike service lift ticket. We invite you to bring your bike and come join us on the mountain anyway!  \n\nAll scheduled race discounts will still apply. All other events will take place as scheduled\, including the Chain-less and Enduro races (Friday and Sunday\, respectively). Remember\, we will still be hosting a spaghetti feed on Friday\, August 14th\, with live music from Lucky Tongue! Join us for an awesome weekend\, with a little added relaxation time in between!*** \n\n  \nThe Brundage Mountain Bike Festival is a three day\, family friendly cycling experience with something for everyone.  This is the series finale and with an all mountain chain less race\, cross country\, kids race and enduro\,  it will be a fun-filled weekend! \nPlan on a carb loading spaghetti feed at Smoky’s on Friday night with live music on the deck.
