MTB LESSONS & Clinics

Private Lessons

Private lessons are a great way to learn the basics of mountain biking or improve your skills. Lessons are available for beginners and intermediate riders, and can be tailored to your individual needs. 2 hour private lessons are offered daily at 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Private lessons are $109 and can include up to 4 additional guests ($25 per add-on).

MTB Lesson Package

Save big by booking a Lesson Package that includes a 2 hour private lesson, bike rental, and lift ticket for just $210. Add-on up to 4 guests for just $135 per guest.

MTB Clinics

MTB Clinics are a great way for newer riders to learn the basic fundamentals of mountain biking. Each clinic covers different skills and are available to ages 7+. Bring your own equipment, or rent a bike from the Fall Line Shop. Clinics are $40 per session.

July 12: Foundations of Mountain Biking

This introductory clinic covers the fundamental skills every mountain biker needs to master. Participants will learn about bike setup and safety checks, body positioning and balance, and basic braking and shifting techniques. Suitable for riders new to mountain biking or those looking to refine their core skills.

July 13: Mastering Cornering and Trail Awareness

In this clinic, participants will focus on cornering technique and trail awareness, essential skills for navigating corners and obstacles with confidence. Riders will learn proper body positioning, line choice, and vision techniques to improve their cornering skills and become more aware of their surroundings on the trail.

July 19: Advanced Handling and Obstacle Negotiation

Take your riding to the next level with this clinic focused on advanced handling and obstacle negotiation. Participants will practice advanced braking and shifting techniques, as well as mastering the art of riding over rocks, roots, and other trail obstacles. Suitable for intermediate riders looking to refine their technical skills and tackle more challenging terrain.

July 20: Putting It All Together: Trail Riding Mastery

In the final clinic of the series, participants will have the opportunity to put all their newfound skills into practice on the trail. Led by experienced instructors, riders will embark on a guided ride incorporating elements from previous lessons, including cornering, trail awareness, obstacle negotiation, and more. Perfect for riders seeking to solidify their skills and gain confidence riding varied terrain.
